go 11 miles to Blue Mountain Lake, turn left just before Timm

NY State Thruway I-87 Northway to Exit 23 Warrensburg, take Rt.
9 North to Rt. 28 West to Indian Lake. Go straight onto Rt. 28/30
West 11 miles to Blue Mountain Lake- turn left just before Timm
Associates Realty on the left.
From Utica
Take Rt 28 East through Old Forge and continue east for 40
minutes until to come to the end of Blue Mt. Lake. Make
right at THE OL' STATION gas station/convenience mart onto Rt.
28/30 go 1/2 mile on the right just after Timm Associates Realty.
